Incredible discoveries made by American millionaires

According to the report made by the National News Association of Ukraine on May 10, 2025, the country became rich with one more millionaire. Three times in a row the fans of “Lotto Zabava” (which if translated from Ukrainian means “Lotto Jolly”) win the prize next to the jackpot in the sum of 1 million Ukrainian hryvnas (about 40,000.00 USD). 

This information was confirmed by the national lotteries operator MSL. A lucky ticket was purchased by a Ukrainian in the supermarket SilPro in Rovno located in North-western Ukraine. It’s worth mentioning that the draw made this lucky guy to become 253^rd millionaire of “Lotto Zabava.” And this is the 14^th large win throughout 2025. At this point the lottery organisers are waiting for the winner to come and to make sure the lucky ticket is not fake.

After all the procedures are completed the lucky ticket owner will take a trip to Kiev, the capital. Apart from a cheque for 1 million, he will be presented with a special VIP program “2 days in a life of a millionaire” developed specially for MSL prize winners.  

The rules of “Lotto Zabava” are very simple, so practically everyone can win a million or even a jackpot that keeps growing. The price of the ticket varies from ₴10 to ₴15, and the drawing takes place every Sunday on the national TV channel “1+1”. The lottery motto is “Only he who plays becomes the winner.”  

While in Ukraine the large sums of prize money is gaining momentum, in the United States lotteries are becoming another way of earning money. Finally the name of the Powerball winner who won an incredible jackpot beginning of spring has been revealed to the public. The winner of the jackpot in the sum of $291,4 million became a judge from Pennsylvania J. Stocklas. It’s interesting, but his brother Bob also participated in the drawing and also became a winner, though the sum of money he won was a little smaller – just $7. Our happy representative of the system of justice reported that he purchased the ticket while on vacation in Florida. 

“I learned the result of the drawing in the morning while having breakfast in the restaurant. I was so happy that I started to run and shout for joy, and then I treated everyone present with a good breakfast”, said James. 

Since the ticket purchase took place jointly with friends, he made a decision to divide the prize money among the three of them. Stockas did not want to receive the jackpot in parts, as he is 67 yeas old, so the reasons for this are clear. He decided to get the whole sum of money all at once, which under the laws of the state will decrease to $191 million. With all the taxes and levies the sum of money will turn to be about $160 million. It is still a huge sum of money – each of the three friends will get $40 million!

Powerball lottery organisers decided to present cheques for the prize money to both brothers on the same day regardless of a huge difference in the sum. As James Stocklas reported, he does not intend to leave his job of a judge because he has become a millionaire. 

“I like this job and I enjoy serving American people and my country. It doesn’t matter that I have become rich for these millions of dollars. In my heart I remain same fair-minded, honest, and unprejudiced anti-criminality campaigner” – reported probably the most affluent judge of the United States of America.
