Florida is Still Guessing Who Won Life-Changing Powerball Jackpot

2 weeks passed from the historical draw of Powerball lottery. Residents of Zephyrhills, FL found out that the record-breaking lottery ticket was sold in local supermarket. The person who purchased the lucky ticket won $590 m. hitting the biggest jackpot in the history of Powerball lottery. 

Well, nobody expected the new millionaire to claim his prize during fist days. People thought that this person was shocked and needed time to calm down. He might also needed to contact a financial advisor.

However it is still unknown who is going to be a mega-millionaire. Zephyrhills residents keep guessing who hit record-breaking jackpot. Local journalist Dave Walters told, “Living in such a little town means that everyone knows everyone. You can’t hide anything here. But this lottery story is one of the most interesting mysterious cases in the history of our town”.

The population of the town is roughly 13 500 people. Zephyrhills is located in just 30 kms from Tampa downtown. The town lives its measured life. Local restaurants are located in the city center. The Publix mall is also located here. By the way Publix sold the lucky ticket. The town is full or rumors. People say that one of employees of Publix bought the ticket. Others say that someone from Wall-mart hit record breaking jackpot. There are also rumors that a resident of nearest community bought the ticket. 

Walters recalls, “On the next Monday after the draw people were suspecting each other in winning! We thought that people who didn’t come to work won the jackpot. However they just suffered from flu!”. Joe Abed who owns a small restaurant has got his own version, “You can here different rumors and conspiracy. However the answer is simple. One of our seniors bought the lucky ticket! This person just doesn’t know about his winning”. 

Marsha Decena is quite anxious about the winning, “I’d like to know the name of the winner as soon as people! I’ve heart different rumors. Some people told that a woman in the age of 23-26 hit the jackpot. Others told that the ticket might got washed or lost. Just craziness!”. There are other versions as well. For instance, the local resident Don Lawrence is sure that the mega-millionaire will claim his winning shortly, “No, no, the ticket was not washed! I just think that the winner doesn’t want to rush. And he does it just right”. 

Recently elected town mayor Danny Burgess hopes that one of the Zephyrhills residents hit the jackpot, “Well, somebody won the Powerball lottery but we have a feeling that this is the victory of the whole town! Only in the USA you can go to bed holding your lottery ticket and wake up as a mega-millionaire!”

Well, there is still the mystery around the jackpot. However the winner should not delay his claim. If nobody claims the jackpot during 180 days, the winning will be distributed among other lottery members”. This would be the biggest flop in the history of lotteries in the USA.
