PokerStars Dealt 100-Billionth Hand: The Greek Player Won $100K+

Thousands poker fans were dreaming about getting involved in 100-billionth hand dealt by PokerStars. Poker-room management announced that PokerStars will distribute $1 Millions during the promo. Moreover addition $1 Million was distributed among participants of 300 milestone hands. 

It was reported that 100-billionth hand is to be dealt on Friday. However the poker-room was flooded with poker players and PokerStars dealt its milestone hand on Thursday night (European time). The historical hand was dealt at NL Hold’em 6-Max table with $0,02/$0,05 blinds. 

Official commentators of PokerStars covered the milestone hand. The poker-room did slow down the action to let other PokerStars players watching the hand. It was the real show with more than 60 000 observers. Unsurprisingly all participants of the hand pushed their chips. But it was Greek player microulis69 who won the historical hand. He took the lead on flop when he got top-pair. He had J5 and the flop brought A2J all clubs. MoodyMiss had 7 clubs and had good odds to hit his flush. Two other players were also hoping to win the hand with over cards. However the Greek players stroke his luck; turn and river didn’t change the situation. In the result microulisus69 won $103 800. Poker forums users immediately started to joke that PokerStars has saved the economy of Greece. 

Other participants of the historical hand were also rewarded with generous prizes. Each of them received approximately $13 000. Other PokerStars clients playing the same levels were rewarded with the rest of remaining $1 Million. Each player received roughly $90.
