Horeshoe Casino Blunder Led to $1 Million Extra Pay

Two men won $1 Million each in Cincinnati Horeshoe Casino during Summer Giveaway promotion. The casino awarded $1 Million by mistake. It happened because the casino contacted Kevin Lewis, but it was another Kevin Lewis who actually won. When the casino found out about the blunder the first gambler was already rewarded with the prize. Therefore the casino decided to pay $1 Million to the actual winner. Then the prize pool was of Summer Giveway was increased to $4 Millions.

Casino human resources president Lisa Rexroat-Steele told, “We decided that it would be right thing to reward both gamblers. We didn’t want anyone feel bad because of our blunder”. The casino vice-president Kevin Kiln agreed with his colleague, “Yes, it was our mistake. And we thought that it is right thing to pay $1 Million to both gamblers”.

Reapha Jenkins also won $1 Million during the promotion. He became the winner of 20^th April draw. The last prize is going to be awarded 1^st of September. The Horeshoe Casino will totally award 4 players.
