Mike Matusow Won 4th WSOP Bracelet

One of the most well-known poker players in the world Mike Matusow is back in business. 2025^th seems to be the lucky year for him. 45-year-old poker player has already won NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship scooping $750 000. He added 4^th WSOP Bracelet winning WSOP Event 13 on Friday. Matusow beat 210 participants of $5000 Seven-card Stud Event. Mike earned $266 503 and reached 7-figure mark during 2025^th. Moreover his all-time career tournament profit exceeded $8,5 m.

It should be mentioned that Matusow reached WSOP ME final table twice but he has never won the most reputable poker tournament. Well, maybe Mike will hit his biggest score soon; WSOP ME starts in several days. 

Mike Matusow said that his main weakness is the lack of discipline. He wasted his bankroll several times. However he is quite happy that he managed to come back again, “Yes, I’ve blown my money, but I never cared much about it. When my head is clear and I am in the right mood I can beat anyone! I believe that I am the best in the world! Haters can go to hell!”

In order to win WSOP Event 13 Mike had to beat famous pro players. At the final table he was accompanied by Mike Leah, Gavin Smith, David Baker, Vladimir Shmelev, Matthew Ashton, Yuval Bronstein and Toni Cousineau. It is interesting that Cousineau has 55 WSOP cashes but he has never won the precious bracelet.
