A NEWBIE to the Dublin Flight terminal lotto syndicate that scooped a large EUR6.4 m prize just participated in the group 3 months back.
The syndicate, who do not want to be identified, has been playing the lottery with each other for 3 years.
But it emerged that one winner has additional reason to grin, having just recently participated in.
The 17-member team squandered no time in accumulating their winnings as they made a jubilant trip from the flight terminal into the town hall to the National Lottery headquarters last night.
The 9 women and 8 men won EUR378,000 each after their numbers showed up in Saturday night's draw.
Asked what they intend to do with their newfound wealth, one of the group stated: "Paying off the costs and home loans-- and there are even some wedding event intends on the cards.
"It's merely great news-- the excellent start to a Monday morning," they included.
It is believed that the 17 winners operating in different areas of the flight terminal.
The gaining ticket was purchased in the Spar shop in the appearances hall of Terminal One on February 6 and was a EUR112 multi-draw purchase legitimate for eight attracts.
